If it is determined that your company has an outstanding debt with ASIC, we will do our best to assist you.
In order for us to assist you with completing your company’s annual review, we will request that you settle your debt with ASIC within a reasonable time frame.
If you are unable to settle your debt with ASIC in time for your annual review payment deadline, we will unfortunately be required to revoke ourselves as the company’s ASIC agent and we will be unable to assist in completing your annual review on this occasion.
